Who we are looking for:

We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Marketing and Administrative Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and support team operations. The ideal candidate will excel at time management, effective communication, and fostering positive relationships. Success in this role requires creativity, organization, and a proactive attitude to manage multiple responsibilities seamlessly.We need you to build strong relationships while driving our marketing and event efforts.

What you’ll do:

Marketing & Event Planning

  • You’ll utilize e-blasts to send weekly updates, update contact lists, holiday greetings, and drip email campaigns to builders, realtors, and clients.
  • Manage appreciation and gifting programs to send to borrowers, realtors, and builders. This includes ordering and maintaining company swag and marketing materials.
  • Create, design, and edit flyers and other marketing materials.
  • Plan holiday parties, builder meetings, realtor events, and seminars, some evenings may be required for events.
  • Plan and execute delivering quarterly events to builder partners, including custom gifts, event coordination and logistics, and awards.
  • You’ll work with video production to write script outlines, schedule videographers, film with iPhone, and send footage to video editors.
  • You’ll post and prepare content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and any other social media platforms required, ensuring fresh, engaging, and up-to-date content.

Administrative

  • Prepare monthly reimbursement reports through Concur, ensuring documentation is present and organized.
  • Assist with inputting borrower applications in to support the loan process.
  • Utilize data to put together marketing and team reports.
  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects, while expediting work results.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 1 year of marketing experience preferred
  • 2-3 years of social media experience (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok)
  • MS Office and data entry skills are a must.
  • Strong multi-channel marketing skills
  • Highly effective communication skills with the ability to write content
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and be a proactive self-starter
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects at once
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
  • Collaborative team-player mindset and confidence to lead meetings
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Programs
  • Adobe Creative Suite- Primarily InDesign & Photoshop bonus if the experience is with Illustrator and Premier
  • Video Coordination including Scheduling videographers, Scheduling video shoots, planning content, uploading video files, and iPhone filming
