QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field; proven experience in marketing analytics; proficiency in tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, and BI tools; B2 proficiency in English and C1 proficiency in Russian.

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and marketing analytics, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving our marketing strategies and ensuring the effectiveness of our campaigns.
Tasks:
- Management and analysis of marketing services such as GTM, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer etc
- Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of traffic sources.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns using metrics and KPIs.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as: SQL; AppsFlyer; Google Tag Manager; Google Analytics; Python; Airflow; BI tools (preferably Tableau); DBT (nice to have).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create compelling reports and presentations.
- Familiarity with statistical software and data visualization tools.
- B2 proficiency in English.
- C1 proficiency in Russian.
