About the role:
We are seeking a motivated, proactive, and hands-on Marketing Executive to support our North American marketing team.
This role works with our Marketing Manager(s) to accelerate our market performance. You will have experience in activating brand and product campaigns at a local level. You will contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will leverage exceptional organizational skills to flawlessly execute events and develop compelling marketing campaigns. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to localize and optimize marketing materials.

Job description:
Work closely with the Marketing Managers to support marketing strategy execution.
Event Coordination: Support the flawless execution of events from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with our objectives.
Campaign Localization: Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns tailored to specific audiences, ensuring effective localization and adaptation.
Marketing Material Optimization: Review and refine marketing materials to enhance their effectiveness and consistency with brand guidelines.
Data Analysis: Partner with the Performance team to ensure that we are measuring and reporting the impact of actions to optimize strategy & tactics.
Build strong relationships with teams across the organization to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with broader business goals.

Responsibilities*:
Support Marketing Manager to deliver our regional ‘big bet’ campaigns. Taking ownership and execution of assigned 1-3 workstreams, including digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
Assisting with CRM and Marketing Cloud initiatives, such as data management, campaign execution, and reporting.
Supporting the planning and execution of marketing events, including webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
Be responsible for raising Purchase Orders, vendor relationship management, tracking and managing expenses to ensure budget guidelines.
Supporting the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and social media content.
Follow up or respond to marketing queries
Qualifications & Skills:
Demonstrated B2B marketing experience with a proven track record in marketing, product marketing, or a related field. Preference for candidates with knowledge of the education industry.
You have great passion for building brands and innovative campaigns and activations.
Comprehensive understanding of traditional and digital marketing strategies across different channels.
Exceptional copywriting and communication skills in English, with a strong background in marketing communications.
Experience in Marketing Cloud, CRM – Salesforce experience is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong ability to create impactful presentations. Demonstrates strong analytical and data-driven thinking. Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems.
Excellent relationship builder with both internal and external teams
Enthusiastic, passionate, and creative; thrives on thinking outside of the box Action-oriented with a “roll up your sleeves approach”.
A demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and functions to drive measurable outcomes
High intellectual curiosity, creativity, and a strong desire to learn and continually improve how to leverage data, technology, and automation to engage prospects & customers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education, Qualifications & Training:
Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree a plus and a background in marketing is a plus.
Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York State, New York City, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:
The minimum full-time salary range is between $65,000 - $70,000.
