SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Analyst supports marketing initiatives for CuraScript Specialty Distribution, handling campaigns, events, and online marketing efforts within a dynamic healthcare environment.
The Marketing Analyst works with our CuraScript Specialty Distribution department to coordinate and administer various ongoing marketing initiatives while assisting the Director, Marketing Advisor, and Marketing Lead Analysts. This position conducts campaigns, tradeshow support, event planning, social media content creation, and online marketing.
ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
If your niche is in marketing, sales, or communications, our Curascript Specialty Distribution department may be a perfect fit for you. CuraScript SD provides integrated delivery solutions for the sale and efficient distribution of specialty pharmaceuticals and associated medical supplies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Coordinates and executes a variety of marketing communications, including e-mail and fax blasts, direct mail cards, etc.
- Collaborates with both internal and external service providers.
- Assists with tradeshow research for approximately 32 tradeshows annually.
- Demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage a heavy workload.
- Ability to assist with event planning and coordination of all scheduled employee events and Annual Awards and Sales meetings.
- Plans or assists in content creation and social media channels.
- Demonstrated ability to assist team in the creation and development of a variety of professional presentations and communication tools to both internal and external audiences.
- Special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, sales, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or sales.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office, Visio, AS400, and Business Objects.
- Excellent analytical and technical skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines for a variety of marketing deliverables.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative while being results oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with presentation skills.
- Self-starter with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with cross functional departments to research and resolve issues using innovative solutions.
- Knowledge of the sales cycle and specialty product knowledge is a plus.
This is a hybrid role and will require the ability to work in-person 3 days a week minimum. Must be flexible and able to accommodate busy times or events that may require additional office time or over time (this position is overtime pay eligible)
