This position is headquartered in Sacramento and is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule. Employees must be able to report to their assigned headquarters office as assigned. Travel expense to and from the assigned headquarters are the responsibility of the employee. Eligibility for telework requires the employee to reside in California per California Government Code Section 14200 which states: “telecommuting means the partial or total substitution of computers or telecommunication technologies, or both, for the commute to work by employees residing in California.

Desirable Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably with a specialization in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Minimum of three years of hands-on email marketing experience. Understanding of email best practices, i.e. CAN-SPAM laws, content creation, list management and targeting, knowledge of dynamic content, and campaign automation and orchestration.
- Minimum of three years loyalty marketing experience on a high-profile consumer brand. Understanding of loyalty marketing best practices and experience driving customer acquisition/enrollments/subscriptions, engagement, and retention.
- Proficiency using an advanced enterprise email marketing platform (i.e. Sales force Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Oracle/Responses, or Hubspot etc.) Strong HTML skills preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva etc. a plus.)
- Strong analytical skills. Familiarity and comfort with data, including the ability to use data to analyze and monitor program health as well as understand consumer behavior, set goals and metrics, and aid in the prioritization of initiatives and campaigns.
- Skilled communicator with experience building presentations and presenting data and promotional plans. Well-versed in reporting out and presenting to stakeholders on campaign performance and program initiatives.
- Excellent design, copy writing, and proofreading skills with an ability to be detail-oriented. Excellent project management skills with the ability to give direction to graphic designers, marketing agencies/vendors, and creatives. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience in gaming, entertainment, e-commerce, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or consumer packaged goods (CPG) categories preferred.
