About the Job

Youtech is seeking a skilled Marketing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data from various sources, focusing on Google tools, social media platforms, and advertising channels. Your role will involve transforming raw data into meaningful insights and providing actionable recommendations to optimize our clients' marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and other advertising channels.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to campaign performance, user behavior, and audience engagement.
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools such as Google Data Studio or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client goals and objectives, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to data analysis and marketing.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a data analyst, marketing analyst, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other Google tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with social media analytics and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI, etc.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and data manipulation using SQL and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
