Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join our Real Estate Brokerage team. This role is essential in supporting our marketing initiatives and ensuring the smooth execution of various marketing projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Real Estate Marketing Administrator, you will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence and driving engagement across multiple channels.
Duties
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage product management tasks, ensuring that all marketing materials are up-to-date and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate and create advertising efforts, including print advertising and digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct research to identify market trends and consumer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Create compelling copy for various platforms, including websites, social media, and promotional materials.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and other industry standard programs to design engaging graphics and visual content for marketing initiatives.
- Support performance marketing efforts by analyzing campaign performance metrics and providing insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Manage content marketing efforts by curating and distributing relevant content to target audiences.
Skills
- Proficient with computer skills and the ability to learn industry specific programs, with a understanding of advertising techniques.
- Some experience in performance marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
- Knowledge of print advertising processes and best practices.
- Exceptional copy writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive messaging.
