We are looking for an experienced Marketing and Business Development Officer to join our team to spearhead our marketing and business development initiatives, and to strengthen our community engagement in all our locations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, be able to multitask, have experience in marketing and business development and most importantly client acquisition.
Responsibilities include:
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase client base and revenue.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business expansion goals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other referral sources.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, social media content, and other marketing collateral.
- Represent the agency at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
Community Liaison
- Act as a liaison between Seniors Helping Seniors and the local community, including healthcare providers, senior centers, and other relevant organizations.
- Organize and attend community events, workshops, and seminars to promote awareness of senior care services.
- Build and nurture relationships with key community stakeholders to enhance the agency's reputation and visibility.
- Participates in Quality Improvement Program meetings and projects as requested.
- Performs other job-related tasks as delegated by Administrator.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
