We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Marketing and Business Development Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our team.

About the Position:
This role is crucial in driving both brand growth and new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, while actively contributing to business development initiatives. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities for the firm as a whole and for each attorney.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of cross-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Business Development Support: Identify and research potential business opportunities, track industry trends, and contribute to outreach strategies to expand our client base and partnerships.
Content Creation: Create, write, and edit compelling marketing content, including email campaigns, social media posts, blogs, case studies, and proposals that support both marketing and business development goals.
- Lead Generation and Nurturing: Support lead generation efforts by managing lead lists, qualifying leads, and nurturing potential clients through targeted email marketing, social media outreach, and personalized content.
- Event Coordination: Assist with the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other promotional activities that drive both brand exposure and business development opportunities.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing and business development efforts, using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems, and provide insights to refine strategies and improve results.
- Social Media and Brand Management: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging, while actively engaging with followers and monitoring trends for potential growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and client services, to align marketing and business development strategies and ensure cohesive outreach.
Education: bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 1-5 years of experience in marketing and/or business development, ideally with a background in campaign management, lead generation, or B2B marketing.
Skills:
Proficiency with CRM software and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp).
Knowledge of social media management.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, and basic marketing KPIs
Strong writing and editing skills for creating engaging content and proposals.
Ability to analyze data to inform strategic decisions in both marketing and business development.
