Job Overview:
CPR Cell Phone Repair of Colorado is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing and Business Development Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct marketing campaigns, SEO, email marketing, and business development strategies, combined with hands-on experience in creating and executing marketing calendars and social media strategies. This role will be responsible for driving local and regional business growth by leading marketing initiatives and developing relationships with potential business partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement direct marketing campaigns, including email marketing, drip campaigns, and local outreach strategies.
- Execute and manage SEO strategies to increase local search visibility and drive organic website traffic.
- Oversee the creation and execution of the marketing calendar, ensuring that all campaigns align with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and manage social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, creating engaging content and fostering community interaction.
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to continuously improve marketing efforts.
- Lead business development efforts, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and client relationships.
- Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across all marketing and business development activities.
- Develop and deliver presentations to potential business clients and partners, showcasing CPR’s services and unique selling propositions.
- Regularly report on the performance of marketing initiatives and business development progress to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on direct marketing campaigns, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
- Proven experience in business development and outside sales, including identifying new leads and growing a client base.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to apply them to local marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to create and manage a marketing calendar, ensuring consistency and timely execution of campaigns.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the mobile repair industry is a plus but not required.
