Evolve Performance is a premier athletic training facility working with athletes of all levels—professional, college, high school, middle school, and elementary. Our mission is to help athletes reach their full potential, both on and off the field, through high-quality training and community engagement.

We are seeking motivated and passionate interns to join our team! This is an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of sports marketing and facility operations.

1. Marketing Intern Responsibilities

As a Marketing Intern, you will:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the facility and its athletes.

• Collaborate with athletes to build personal brands and seek sponsorship opportunities.

• Identify and secure collaborations for college and professional athletes with local and national brands.

• Manage and grow Evolve Performance’s social media presence (Instagram: @evolveperformance) with engaging content.

• Plan and market community outreach events to strengthen Evolve’s presence in Oakland and surrounding areas.

• Assist in sourcing business-to-business partnerships with local businesses and organizations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools.

• Creative thinker with excellent communication skills.

• Interest in sports and fitness is a plus!

2. Operations Intern Responsibilities

As an Operations Intern, you will:

• Support day-to-day facility operations to ensure smooth workflow.

• Assist in building partnerships with local schools, sports teams, and businesses.

• Help plan and organize facility programs, including youth camps, clinics, and special events.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Sports Management, or a related field.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Proactive mindset and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.

• Passion for sports and community engagement is highly valued.
