Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, operations management, or a related field; at least one year of experience in an academic setting; knowledge of digital and print marketing; experience managing websites and social media platforms. Preferred: Master's degree and at least two years of experience in brand management or business development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Initiate, plan, and execute marketing and recruitment projects for the Master of Science in Operations Management and Master of Science in Engineering Management programs, maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring effective communication of efforts and achievements.

Summary of Job Duties:
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty as is the ability to maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships within the program, externally in other university offices or departments, and with external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, operations management, or a related field from an accredited institution of higher education
- At least one year of experience working in an academic setting
- Experience or knowledge of standard methods to assess proposals for digital and print marketing products
- Experience in the management and optimization of websites and social media platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in higher education, marketing, business, operations management, or a related field from an accredited institution of higher education
- At least two years of experience in brand management and/or business development
- Experience in using customer relationship management platforms, other data collection, and information management platforms
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders which will benefit the MSOM and MSEM programs
- Knowledge and skill to develop methods to evaluate the effectiveness of efforts and communicate accomplishments to key stakeholders
