Midwest Laminating & Coatings, Inc. is seeking a motivated sales and marketing professional to boost sales of specialty papers and expand the customer base across the United States.

Job Summary

Midwest Laminating & Coatings, Inc., a value-added specialty converter of foils, metalized films, and holographic films laminated to papers and paperboards since 1985, is seeking a highly motivated sales and marketing person to increase business with our current accounts and expand our customer base with new business.

The candidate will be responsible for sales of our specialty papers and paperboards throughout the United States to commercial printers, packaging companies, display companies, label printers, and paper distributors.

Qualifications:

*A proven track record of prospecting and cold calling.
*Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interface with customers and our internal personnel.
*Product expertise - the ability to learn quickly and apply what has been learned.
*Experience selling to all levels of organizations, including sales people, purchasing agents, and management.
*Must have strong customer relationship development skills.

Responsibilities:

*Develop and maintain opportunity pipeline that drives sales activities, ensuring that revenue goals are exceeded.

*Develop marketing programs including ad strategies, email blasts, etc.

*Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities.

*Cold calling to prospect and generate leads

*Implement and follow successful sales processes.

*A sense of urgency with a hunter mentality.

*New account and market growth.

*Existing account development and growth.
