What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, meta descriptions, and tags.
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, social media, and email marketing.
• Serve as a Social Media Manager, crafting engaging posts and growing online communities.
• Organize and coordinate physical marketing efforts, including job fair booths, networking events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Handle occasional phone correspondence with customers, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and directing calls as needed.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve ROI.
• Generate and manage content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO and marketing trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SEO, SEM, digital marketing, and social media management.
• Strong knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Creative writing skills with the ability to produce engaging content.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including comfort with customer phone correspondence.
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to the needs of diverse marketing strategies.
