Seeking a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to create engaging marketing content, manage social media and website updates, and drive brand awareness and growth for clients.
Job Summary
MUST have experience with launching and managing social media marketing campaign ads, creating and editing websites, social media posts, and other digital content. Retro Current Marketing is seeking a talented Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will create and edit creative relevant marketing content for our clients to create brand awareness, engagement, and growth. They be responsible for determining that the marketing strategy created will target client specific goals (business strategy) as it will be integrated throughout social media, email, blogging, SEO and other online platforms.
Duties
- Write and publish various types of pieces for client websites
- Edit video content for various platforms such as film, television, and online distribution
- Develop, Produce and Edit marketing strategists work to ensure they create engaging, grammatically correct and relevant digital marketing content for our clients for social media, blogs, email marketing, and website content based off of historic results, industry trends and market developments
- Working with fellow team members and clients to edit content that is true to the core demographic and brand identity while staying focused on building market share and increasing revenue
- Reviewing content plans, online marketing strategy agreements and client strategy documents to ensure that the client’s goals are being met within the guidelines set by the client's contract
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure a cohesive and engaging final product
- Conduct post-production tasks including color correction, sound editing, and special effects
- Manages and updates social media accounts and websites
- Monitors user engagement, web traffic and other KPIs
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in editing software
- Social Media Ad Campaign experience required
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work consistently
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices
- 2+ years experience in marketing
- Bachelor's or certification in marketing or related field is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
