The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing advertising campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and maintaining a comprehensive customer database. Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management:
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging posts on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn.
- Respond to comments and messages promptly to foster community engagement.
- Advertising Campaigns:
- Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on all relevant social media platforms.
- Monitor budgets and performance to ensure a high return on investment (ROI).
- Content Strategy:
- Develop content ideas and collaborate with the team to create visually appealing and impactful posts.
- Stay updated on trends and implement best practices to maximize reach.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze performance metrics to understand audience behavior and campaign success.
- Prepare regular reports with actionable insights to improve future strategies.
- Customer Database Management:
- Systemize and manage customer data from social media interactions.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database to streamline marketing efforts.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to align social media strategies with broader business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite).
- Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging content and analyze performance metrics.
- Experience in customer database management is a plus.
