We're looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented **Marketing and Social Media Manager** to lead our digital and local marketing efforts. You’ll play a key role in driving patient acquisition, engaging with our community, and promoting our dental services in fresh and exciting ways.
**What You’ll Do:**
As our Marketing and Social Media Manager, you will spearhead the online and offline marketing initiatives that connect our practice to potential patients. You’ll create and implement digital strategies while also engaging directly with local businesses to promote our services and build relationships in the community.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Social Media Strategy & Management:**
Lead and manage our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) to enhance brand visibility and connect with current and potential patients.
Design and schedule engaging, informative, and fun content that resonates with our audience, promotes our services, and highlights positive patient stories.
- **Content Creation:**
Develop high-quality, on-brand content, including blog posts, videos, images, and infographics that provide value to our followers and educate the community about dental care.
Produce campaigns that highlight patient testimonials, promotions, and community events.
**Paid Advertising & Campaign Management:**
Manage paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) targeting local audiences, optimizing for the best return on investment.
Monitor ad performance, adjust strategies as needed, and deliver regular reports to track results.
- **Local Outreach & Flyer Distribution:**
Connect with local businesses to build strong community relationships. You will distribute flyers, promotional materials, and collaborate on cross-promotions to attract new patients and grow brand awareness in the area.
- **Email Marketing & Patient Retention:**
Develop and execute email campaigns that nurture existing patients, promote special offers, and encourage referrals.
Use automated workflows to maintain engagement and retention.
- **Analytics & Reporting:**
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital channels, analyze results, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
**What We’re Looking For:**
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role (experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus!)
- A strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and community engagement.
- Excellent communication, writing, and creative design skills.
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva) and Google Analytics.
- Proficient in SEO strategies to improve website traffic and lead generation.
- Comfortable with in-person outreach and building relationships with local businesses.
- A self-starter with a passion for helping businesses grow in both the digital and physical communities.
