SHORT DESCRIPTION
Manage customer loyalty and brand awareness initiatives while developing marketing strategies to enhance profitability and guest engagement.
Objective: To manage the building of customer loyalty, develop plans that increase unit guest counts, improve unit profitability, grow brand awareness in the markets we operate.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in developing comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
2. Collaborate with operations teams to create and execute marketing campaign.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights.
4. Assist in the creation and execution of marketing collateral, including but not limited to advertisements, email campaigns, social media content, direct mail campaigns and website updates.
5. Utilize social media channels for content creation, promotional scheduling, and community engagement.
6. Develop the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
7. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.
8. Manage all marketing budgets and expenses, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing to recommend innovative strategies and tactics.
10. Provide support to the COO on special projects and initiatives as needed.
Additional Responsibilities
- Create in store programs that drive revenue growth utilizing promotions that build excitement and return on investment
- Administer the process of fundraisers to increase our sales while providing money for local schools and non-profit organizations
- Create and assist in management of communication to operations teams on all marketing endeavors through memos, emails and fielding questions from operators
- Keep updated marketing reports
- Assist in keeping accurate reports that affect contest tracking and marketing endeavors up to date
- Analyzing revenue and profitability results of marketing events
- Creation and analysis of sales building opportunities
- Manage sponsorship elements of identified marketing events
- Utilize marketing tools such as e-blasts, text marketing, direct mail and social media to assist in daily marketing
- Consciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization and that emphasizes the identified vision, guiding principles and values of the organization
- Evaluation of donations and sponsorship requests
- Responsible and accountable for budgets relating to marketing
- Some travel may be required
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- College degree in a related field is a plus
- 2+ years related experience
- Hospitality experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ambitious and enthusiastic attitude
- Highly organized individual with great punctuality and time management skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication, problem solving, critical thinking, attentive to detail, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies
- Ability to travel
