QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations. Proven experience in social media marketing, strong writing and communication skills, and knowledge of web design and online marketing.

Manage social media content and engagement, strategize for patient outreach, analyze website referral data, collect before and after photos, and collaborate with the Office Manager on marketing plans.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a Marketing and Social Media Specialist to enhance patient engagement and revenue through effective social media strategies and content creation.
We are looking for a driven Marketing and Social Media Specialist to attract and interact with our high-end clientele. The goal is to gradually achieve superior patient engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap. Candidates should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. You are responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and prospective patients.
This position is 40.00 hours per week and comes with GREAT BENEFITS! Minimum of hours worked to be on benefits is 30 hours per week. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
Responsibilities
- Check Email; Respond Accordingly
- Strategize, Capture and Create Social Content by Looking Over Daily Schedule For All Providers
- Post Instagram and Facebook Audience Specific Content
- Social Media Engagement: Comment, Like and Follow Strategies to Gain Followers and Organic Engagement
- Patient Outreach for Surgical/Treatment Footage, Testimonials and Reviews
- Send ReviewLoop Review Requests
- Review New Product/Service/Advertising Opportunities
- Read/Review Sales & Marketing Material as Available
- Collect Before and After Photos to Use for Website and Social Media
- Meet Weekly with Office Manager to Review Marketing Calendar and Provide Updates
- Manage Name Space Reputation and Community Review sites (Instagram, Yelp, Facebook, Realself and Google)
- Utilize Later and Preview to Schedule Posts and Feed Aesthetic
- Analyze and Record Yelp Referral Data
- Analyze, Track and Record Website Referral Data from Google Analytics; Referrals, Acquisition, Leads and Conversions
Skills
- Prior marketing experience for a private derm/plastic surgery office a HUGE PLUS
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
- Fluency in English
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
