Job Title: Marketing Assistant
Pay: $18–$20 per hour (DOE)

We are a growing marketing agency focused on delivering exceptional results for our clients through SEO, PPC advertising, website design, and lead generation strategies. As we expand, we’re looking for a dedicated Marketing Assistant to help implement marketing campaigns, optimize operational processes, and grow into a more senior role over time.
Position Overview:
The Marketing Assistant will provide hands-on support in various areas of our marketing operations. This position offers significant room for growth, with the potential to develop into a leadership role overseeing new team members and influencing the company’s future structure.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up and optimizing online advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Creating landing pages, connecting domains, and setting up sales pipelines
- Onboarding new clients, including creating accounts and configuring initial marketing campaigns
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining client files, and keeping track of project timelines
- Delegating tasks to freelancers and Upwork contractors, ensuring projects are completed on time and to standard
- Assisting with performance monitoring and reporting, compiling campaign data, and preparing dashboards for internal and client review
- Communicating with clients as needed, gathering requirements, and ensuring their goals are met
- Identifying areas for operational improvement, documenting workflows, and suggesting process enhancements
- Participating in internal strategy discussions, offering feedback on how to streamline marketing operations and improve efficiency
- Continually learning new marketing tools and strategies, applying them to optimize campaign performance
Growth Opportunities:
As you gain experience, you will have the chance to move into a managerial role—overseeing the work of other assistants and specialists, refining operational processes, and shaping the structure of service “pods” within our growing client base. You will also have access to ongoing training and mentorship, enabling you to expand your skill set into specialized areas like SEO, PPC, and marketing automation, as well as influence the strategic direction of the company.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or related role preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and strategies
- Familiarity with project management software or CRMs is a plus
