Nolan Painting is seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant to enhance their marketing efforts through creative strategies and innovative ideas in a supportive and engaging team environment.

This entry-level Marketing Assistant position offers a competitive hourly rate of $22/hr and includes a monthly bonus payout. YOUR LIFE AS A MARKETING ASSISTANT
This full-time position typically works Monday - Friday, 8.5 hours per day.
As a Marketing Assistant, you will support various marketing initiatives, including content creation, email marketing, social media management, website maintenance, creative asset management, and analysis of marketing metrics. You will play a key role in promoting our brand and driving customer engagement. An effective Marketing Assistant for Nolan Painting will be creative, organized, and able to work independently. You will contribute to the growth of our company by helping to attract new customers and build brand awareness.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field: Required
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role or internship - Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Graphic Design Skills: Knowledgeable with Adobe and/or Canva
- Proficient in Google Drive products
- Strong data analysis and collaboration skills. Effective persuasive and presentation skills. Highly effective interpersonal skills.
