Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and original content for social media platforms, websites, and marketing materials.
- Website Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain the company’s website, ensuring information is current and visually appealing.
- Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and monitor posts across all platforms, track engagement, and respond to comments/messages promptly.
- Advertising Assistance: Support the creation and execution of advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Email Campaigns: Assist in the design, implementation, and tracking of divisional email campaigns to reach targeted audiences effectively.
- Analytics: Track and report on the performance of campaigns and initiatives, using data to make informed recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with divisional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and email marketing tools.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a bonus.
- Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
