Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
- Support the administrative team with monthly planning, executing, monitoring, and constructing marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Event management, including overseeing logistics, vendor communication, and supervising operations.
- Website vendor management and creating email marketing campaigns.
- Marketing content management includes collecting, proofreading, and editing material for various marketing channels.
- Marketing Material and stationery management. Creating, editing, ordering, and inventory.
- Data analytics and market research: collecting, monitoring, analyzing campaign metrics with comprehensive monthly reports.
- Vendor communication and management.
- Google Business, SEO, SEM, client testimonials, and review collection management
Qualifications for Marketing Assistant include Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing
- work independently in a team setting.

- Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills

- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Must have the ability to analyze metrics and create reports
- Must have a high level of creativity
- Occasional travel may be required
- Client-facing, camera-ready role requiring professional attire.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
