Marketing Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our marketing initiatives, enhance our online presence, and help drive brand awareness for Jenesis Software. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about technology, creative marketing strategies, and wants to grow within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content for various platforms, such as social media, newsletters, and website updates.
• Manage and monitor social media channels, responding to comments and messages to enhance audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the team to produce marketing materials such as postcards, graphics, and videos.
• Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements.
• Assist with organizing and promoting webinars, conferences, and other industry events.
• Maintain and update the marketing documents to reflect what’s currently being done from a marketing perspective and what our opportunities are.
• Develop a strong understanding of all Jenesis products.
• Respond in a timely manner to all client and team member communications.
• No less than 40 work hours per week. Occasional work outside of normal business hours.
• Attend Insurance Conferences to represent Jenesis Software

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience). This is not an entry-level position.
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with HighLevel CRM is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Enthusiastic, creative, and eager to learn and contribute to a team environment.
• You will be attending quarterly meetings
• A full background check is required

Compensation:

• Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 depending on prior experience and additional skills
• Bonus potential
