Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our growing team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns, with a focus on the healthcare sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn about healthcare marketing and contribute to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).
  • Manage and update email marketing campaigns with relevant content tailored to the healthcare industry.
  • Research industry trends and competitor activities to help shape marketing strategies.
  • Support content creation, including writing blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and assist in the analysis of key metrics and results.
  • Coordinate events, expos and other promotional activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing files, preparing presentations, and scheduling meetings.
  • Assist with day-to-day office administration tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a marketing assistant or coordinator role is preferred.
  • Strong interest in healthcare and medical marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media management tools) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
