Marketing Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will support various marketing initiatives and contribute to the overall success of our campaigns. This role involves collaborating with team members on social media marketing, content creation, and performance analysis to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Duties

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
• Manage and update the company’s social media platforms to ensure consistent messaging and engagement with our audience.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
• Support product management efforts by coordinating product launches and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the advertising sales team to create compelling advertisements that resonate with target audiences.
• Utilize Google Analytics to track campaign performance and generate reports on key metrics.
• Help maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for search engines.
• Assist in budgeting for marketing projects and track expenses to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies and tools.
• Familiarity with content marketing principles and best practices.
• Experience or knowledge in product management is a plus.
• Basic understanding of advertising sales processes is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics for performance tracking is preferred.
• Experience with WordPress for website management is desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
