SHORT DESCRIPTION

Seeking a part-time Operations/Marketing Assistant to support Broker/Owners with marketing tasks and operations in a high-producing luxury real estate company.

We are a busy, high-producing luxury Real Estate company and we are looking for detailed and highly organized Operations/Marketing Assistant.

The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Broker/Owners and the Director of Operations in executing marketing strategy, using social media etc., as well as some operations duties.

What a day looks like :

  • Curate content to be shared across social channels
  • Social media post scheduling
  • Weekly newsletter and property posts
  • Sharing blog/newsletter posts on social media channels
  • Bringing content ideas to the Director of Operations
  • Bringing trend information to meetings
  • Help develop social media strategies for organic content promotion
  • Create graphics and real estate marketing templates
  • Weekly inventory reporting
  • Assist with flyers for events

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Fluency with Microsoft Word, Canva and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work alone and collaboratively with a team
  • Go Getter with a positive attitude and the ability to "run" with an idea
  • Possess a growth mindset

EVEN BETTER, BUT NOT REQUIRED:

  • Understanding of social media management tools (Loomly, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Some real estate experience/knowledge
