Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will support various marketing initiatives and contribute to the overall success of our marketing strategies. Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Support budgeting efforts by tracking expenses and analyzing campaign performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the design team using Adobe Creative Suite to create engaging marketing materials.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns, including coordinating logistics and materials.
• Provide support in sales initiatives by preparing presentations and promotional content.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, with a focus on performance marketing.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking campaign performance is preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating visual content.
• Knowledge of WordPress for website management is desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $22.24 - $23.44 per hour
