Marketing Assistant

Overview
Performance based bonuses will add to the base monthly salary. We are seeking recent graduate with a marketing degree. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior, combined with exceptional skills in digital marketing strategies. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. As part of our marketing team you will work with real estate agents and business brokers generating leads.

Responsibilities

• Create lead generation.
• Write and post ads on social media platforms that drive traffic to our lead capture system.
• Create and maintain at least one website that manages lead capture.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future marketing efforts and report on ROI.
• Work closely with sales teams to create promotional materials that support sales objectives.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of market analysis and consumer behavior.
• Proficiency in copywriting with the ability to create engaging content across various platforms.
• Experience with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
• Familiarity with HTML for basic website updates and email template design.
• Expertise in social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
• Solid understanding of sales processes and how marketing supports sales initiatives.
• Knowledgeable in email marketing best practices and tools.
• Background in content marketing strategies that drive traffic and engagement.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
