Marketing Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team at High Soccer Arena. This is a part-time position focused on supporting the arena's social media efforts and promoting events, teams, and the exciting atmosphere of our venue. Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Assist with the creation, scheduling, and monitoring of content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
• Content Creation: Help produce engaging graphics, photos, and videos for social media posts, including capturing behind-the-scenes content during events and matches.
• Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social platforms to foster a community and increase fan engagement.
• Event Promotion: Promote upcoming games, special events, and promotions by creating visually compelling posts and campaigns.
• Analytics: Assist with tracking social media metrics and performance, providing insights to improve content strategy and audience engagement.
• Collaborative Support: Work with the marketing team on campaigns and initiatives to increase attendance and visibility of the arena.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and best practices.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for soccer or sports in general is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Previous social media or marketing experience (internship or freelance) is a plus.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and occasional evenings during events.

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
