Seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to assist in implementing marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the dental industry, with a focus on digital marketing, project management, and data analysis.

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Assistant to support the execution and implementation of marketing strategies, specifically tailored to the dental industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, project management, and data analysis, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, from social media management to campaign execution, all while contributing to the growth and success of our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Operations & Project Management:

  • Assist the Marketing Director with implementing and executing marketing strategies tailored to the dental industry.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Organize and track daily marketing activities, maintaining an efficient workflow to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, content, and materials.
  • Ensure marketing calendars are updated regularly and that the marketing team adheres to deadlines for content production and campaign launch.

2. Social Media Management:

  • Create and schedule social media posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage with current and potential patients.
  • Monitor social media channels and track brand sentiment.
  • Optimize social media campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Director to maximize engagement and reach.

3. Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution:

  • Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across email marketing, paid advertising (Google, Facebook), and SEO strategies.
  • Track and report on digital campaign performance, making recommendations for optimizations based on data analysis.
  • Work with the team to enhance lead generation efforts through targeted online marketing.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Collect and enter data related to marketing campaigns, including lead generation, website, traffic, social media engagement, and email performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy in marketing systems (CRM, Google Analytics), and tracking key metrics like campaign performance, ad spend, and engagement rates.
  • Support budget tracking and provide regular updates to the Marketing Director for evaluation and reporting.

5. General Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Director and team, including scheduling meetings and managing marketing calendars.
  • Assist in content creation, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand's voice and messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or project management, ideally within the healthcare or dental industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (email marketing, paid ads, SEO) and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to analyze data and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.) and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of social media best practices, engagement strategies, and content creation.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for content creation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) is preferred to efficiently manage documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and team collaboration.
