This position is ideally M-F 10-2 or 3pm and could be more if we get the right ONE for the job! This position is both a marketing and administrative position- details matter, and exceptional client care is our ultimate goal.

YOUR SKILLS: Detail oriented, Great at social media marketing, problem solver, database management, project management, able to follow a checklist, knows word/pages, Google products, able to multi-task, friendly on the phone, and has a great attention to details.

We’re searching for a diligent real estate administrative assistant. You’ll be responsible for managing paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you’ll work with others to market our brand and arrange company events in the community. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management. If this sounds like you, apply today!
Responsibilities
- Answer phones, emails, messages and keep database updated.
- Produce and manage contracts, advertisements and social media.
- Compliance review of contracts. Calendar Management.
- Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings.
- Agent support and intermediary.
- Schedule necessary appointments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Communicates well, both verbally and written.
- Have a car.
- Be Team oriented and have the willingness to pitch in and help.
- Have GREAT social media and phone skills.
- Live within 6 miles of our Medford Office.
- Knowledge of Google products and online marketing is a plus.
Compensation
up to $17-20 hourly - preference is for a 10-2 or 3 schedule but will adjust for the right person!
