Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Copywriting:
  • Develop compelling, on-brand blog posts, email marketing campaigns, and product descriptions that reflect La.BOTANICA's grounded and sage tone.
  • Use AI tools to streamline content creation and ensure high-quality, consistent messaging.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice and values.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Design, implement, and optimize email campaigns using Klaviyo, focusing on segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
  • Use AI insights to personalize content and boost engagement.
  • Marketing Calendar Management:
  • Organize and maintain La.BOTANICA’s marketing calendar to ensure cohesive execution of campaigns, promotions, and product features.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives using tools like Monday.com for seamless project management.
  • AI Integration:
  • Identify and leverage AI tools to enhance marketing workflows, such as content generation, analytics, and audience targeting.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging AI trends to incorporate innovative strategies into marketing efforts.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using AI tools and analytics platforms.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve ROI and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure alignment across all marketing channels and platforms.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to execute campaigns smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 2+ years in digital marketing, including social media management and advertising campaigns.
  • Proven experience with AI tools in marketing workflows.
  • Tools Proficiency:
  • Klaviyo, Shopify, Monday.com (or similar platforms).
  • Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and ad management tools.
  • AI-driven tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or MidJourney, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
  • Exceptional writing and editing abilities.
  • Creativity and strategic thinking for campaign development.
  • Alignment:
  • Passion for plant-based wellness, herbalism, and inclusive beauty.
  • Interest in integrating technology and creativity to achieve impactful results.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Compensation & Benefits:
