Part-time position (12-20 hours/week) in a busy Southbay Real Estate Broker’s office, providing marketing support and administrative assistance while offering opportunities for real estate career development.
This entry level part time position is within a busy Southbay Real Estate Broker’s office, and is perfect for someone who wants to pursue a future in real estate and can appreciate the opportunity to work in an environment that can lead to great possibilities. Our Administrator is overwhelm with her marketing duties, school duties, escrow and now with loan processing. Candidate will be eligible to gain access to a real estate license at our expense.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This is a dual position in assisting with the marketing for escrow and our real estate brokerage and school. You will prepare social media marketing campaign ads and other marketing materials to recruit students and agents. You will also work closely with the broker and escrow in helping to meet our administrative needs. New agents to our office get a customize onboarding package; we assist by setting up their basic website, online bio, google, Zillow, and numerous other accounts to help them to succeed
Our school calls for some online marketing but the bulk of the work for the position will be in getting new students registered weather it is for the online class or live class. You will be working out student issues and maintaining the data base. Some sales skills will be required. Our brokerage has experience substantial growth and our marketing and school manager has been essential in making this happen. You will be following up in keeping this streak going.
Customer service in dealing with all different personality types of agents and clients is critical to our office success, we work with clients that need mortgage loans, sellers and buyers, homeowners in need of loan modifications or to short sale their home and all kinds of student. We value retention here and having the right attitude means a lot. Candidate must demonstrate a clear understanding of this level of customer service.
Working knowledge of the standard office equipment (to include; the stamp machine, fax, printers, copiers, scanners and the desktop computers) and social media (twitter, facebook, Instagram, etc) and various other apps like Monday and Trello. Candidate will be required to lift file boxes and water bottles at times. We do bulk printing and mailer runs to the post office.
