Position Overview:
The Marketing Associate will support the marketing team in executing strategic initiatives to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth. This role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Coordination: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Digital Platform Management: Oversee content creation, scheduling, and engagement for PRO*ACT’s social media platforms; maintain and update website content to reflect current offerings and promotions.
- Content Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Event Planning: Support the organization and execution of company events, webinars, and trade shows, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
- Market Research: Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape; provide insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, utilizing data to recommend optimizations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in corporate marketing, with hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Skills:
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including Canva, CRM systems preferably HubSpot, and web analytics platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
