About the Role
:

As a Marketing Associate, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our marketing efforts, focusing on campaign execution, content management, and administrative tasks. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help drive operational excellence, enabling senior team members to focus on strategic growth. This position is ideal for someone eager to grow their marketing expertise while making a meaningful impact. The Marketing Associate will report to our Senior Director of Marketing & Brand Experience.

What You'll Do
:
  • Campaign Coordination & Calendar Management: Manage marketing calendars, ensure deadlines are met, and coordinate vendor requests.
  • Content & Social Media Support: Assist in content creation, email campaigns, and social media updates. Proofread communications and manage email lists.
  • Budget & Invoice Management: Track budgets, process invoices, and collaborate with accounting to maintain accurate pacing.
  • Internal Collaboration: Support internal departments by aligning marketing communications and managing cross-functional projects.
  • Administrative & Project Support: Coordinate requests for marketing materials and assist with team operations.
  • Research & Reporting: Conduct market research and compile insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Community Outreach for New Centers: Identify local advertising, sponsorship, and event opportunities to boost engagement for new locations.

Qualifications
:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or communications.
  • Agency experience, including background in healthcare marketing.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, email marketing platforms, and social media tools.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and associated KPIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
