QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree required (marketing majors preferred), 1 year of B2B marketing experience, knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and event management.

ProLink Solutions is seeking a Marketing Associate to support marketing initiatives through event management, content creation, and data analysis, contributing to the overall success of the company's marketing efforts.
POSITION OBJECTIVES
ProLink Solutions is looking for a Marketing Associate to join our team. ProLink Solutions is a software company centrally located in the Denver Metro area, serving customers nationally across the affordable housing industry. Customers on ProLink’s technology platform include state and local government agencies, financial institutions, real estate developers and property managers. Please note we are only hiring locally for this role. We expect a mix of in-office and remote working days, dependent on the various requirements of tasks and responsibilities assigned. This position will be required to travel to attend industry events and conferences.
ProLink Solutions’ marketing efforts encompass a wide range of traditional and digital channels. In this multi-faceted role, you will assist the Marketing Manager with the planning, management, and execution of in-person and virtual events. You will also be leveraging tools like Excel and data analytics to track event performance and provide actionable insights. Additionally, you will contribute to email marketing campaigns and craft compelling messaging, as well as assist with the development of ProLink’s brand identity. This role offers a dynamic mix of creativity, organizational skills, and analytical expertise, making you a key contributor to the success of our marketing initiatives.
Bachelor’s Degree required; marketing majors are strongly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage internal and external events, including monthly webinars, quarterly user trainings, in-person and virtual user conferences, and employee training events.
- Participate in industry conferences, which entails various logistical coordination duties, as well as representing our company at different venues and helping generate leads.
- Research, design, and procure branded company swag to enhance brand visibility and create memorable experiences for clients and event attendees.
- Conduct interviews with clients, partners, and stakeholders to gather insights for case studies.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in producing polished and engaging video content that highlights success stories and enhances marketing efforts.
- Assist in writing and publishing blogs/case studies for our websites as well as content creation for regular social media posts.
- Manage our social media presence, which entails regular posts and tracking results.
- Support email marketing initiatives by assisting in the creation and distribution of the monthly newsletter, managing email lists, and utilizing platforms like Mailchimp to execute campaigns and drive engagement.
- Assist in the creation of graphics for marketing assets such as brochures, banners, and slide decks by working with image files in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Assist in researching and compiling analytics for internal meetings, including metrics such as webpage visits, LinkedIn follower growth, and other key performance indicators.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- B2B marketing experience is desired, preferably in the software/technology sector
- Event management experience
- Technical skills in Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, MailChimp, Google Analytics, and Camtasia (or other video production software)
- Familiarity with WordPress is desired but not a requirement
- Experience with Cvent or a similar virtual conferencing platform
- Experience with digital marketing, social media, and blogging
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally
- Results-driven
- Excellent eye for design
- Passion for learning new tools and methodologies
- Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills
- Take ownership and responsibility for any deliverables
- Desire and ability to sweat the details

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
