Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Associate with a strong background in technology marketing, particularly within the AI or SaaS space. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, product positioning, and market trends, with the ability to translate complex technology into compelling messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership
    • Develop and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy for the company’s products and services, aligning with business goals and target audiences.
    • Identify key market segments and build targeted campaigns that resonate with potential customers in the conversational AI and tech industries.
  • Digital Marketing
    • Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, social media, and paid advertising.
    • Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights, continually refining messaging, targeting, and performance metrics.
  • Content Creation & Messaging
    • Develop compelling, customer-focused content across various channels (website, blogs, white papers, case studies, webinars, etc.) that effectively communicates the value of our AI-driven solutions.
    • Collaborate with the product and sales teams to ensure consistent and clear messaging that addresses pain points and showcases product benefits.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing
    • Plan and execute inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads for the sales team.
    • Manage and nurture relationships with prospects through email automation, content offers, and targeted campaigns.
  • Brand Positioning & Awareness
    • Drive brand awareness and industry recognition through thought leadership, PR initiatives, and partnerships with industry influencers.
    • Stay ahead of trends in the AI, tech, and SaaS space to position the company as a leader in conversational AI solutions.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Use data analytics tools to track marketing performance and KPIs (key performance indicators), providing regular reporting and insights to senior management.
    • Adjust campaigns as necessary to meet performance goals and optimize ROI.
  • Collaboration & Cross-functional Support
    • Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.
    • Act as a key liaison between the marketing department and other teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the tech or SaaS space (Conversational AI experience is a plus).
    • Proven track record in B2B marketing, with experience in digital marketing, demand generation, and content strategy.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, SEMrush, etc.) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, etc.).
    • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, paid media, and email marketing strategies.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling content for diverse audiences.
    • Experience with public relations and media outreach is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset:
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and optimize campaigns based on performance.
  • Adaptability & Initiative:
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
    • Comfort in navigating ambiguity and a strong willingness to take ownership of projects from start to finish.
