QUALIFICATIONS
A degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field, experience in a marketing or design role within a software company, a strong design portfolio, familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, and proficiency in design software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop marketing materials, execute marketing campaigns using various tools, update the company website, manage email campaigns, conduct software demos, and research market trends and competitors.

We are looking for a creative Marketing Associate with graphic design skills for a part-time role, collaborating with company co-founders to enhance marketing efforts and design materials.
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Associate with great graphic design skills, for a part-time role with an option for full-time. You will work directly alongside industry veterans, in close collaboration with the co-founders of the company—you just have to bring the design & marketing expertise! The role is remote but frequent meetings in Boston/Cambridge will be necessary.

Responsibilities
- Develop top-of-funnel brochures, video shorts, one-pagers, customer FAQs
- Execute marketing campaigns using HubSpot, LinkedIn and other tools
- Update company website (preferably using Duda)
- Ideate and execute email campaigns, social media, webinars and events
- Web demo of software product to potential customers and partners
- Research market and competitors to sharpen positioning and messaging
- Manage marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and track performance metrics
Experience
- Marketing or design function is a software company (full-time or as consultant)
- A degree in graphic design or marketing or related field
- Successful track record of developing and launching new websites
- Design portfolio that demonstrates an eye for great design with proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
- Good customer relations regarding training and demo-ing of software products
- Tools of our trade: CRM tools like HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in Growth Marketing tools, Slack, modern AI-tools
- Experience in marketing for Channel Partners, Resellers, Managed Service Providers (MSP)
- Cybersecurity market knowledge
