YOUR IMPACT

As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in growing the business through lead generation strategies and marketing campaigns. You will have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and tracking initiatives that attract new clients and support our overall business growth. You'll work closely with the Marketing Director to drive efforts that expand Schloegel Design Remodel's reach and visibility in the market.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist in creating marketing materials and collateral
• Write and edit content for multiple platforms, including website, social media, and newsletters
• Contribute to lead generation efforts through paid ads, email marketing, and SEO strategies
• Assist in organizing and staging video and photoshoots for marketing campaigns
• Track and analyze marketing performance through reports
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
• Coordinate and support company and client events
• Help with the planning and execution of social media campaigns to increase engagement
• Post, engage, and respond on social media platforms
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement new marketing initiatives
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing department as needed

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• High School diploma required, Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in marketing or a similar role
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Highly organized with a customer-centric mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere)
• Knowledge of CMS (Content Management Systems) for website updates and maintenance
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for tracking leads and customer relationships
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and campaign management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time, in-person role with a typical workweek of 40 hours. Additional hours and occasional weekend work may be required for client events or to meet deadlines.
