Marketing Associate Job Description:
The Marketing Associate will directly support our Marketing Manager for all of the marketing efforts across our programs. The goal of the small but mighty marketing team is to drive qualified leads for the sales team and increase brand awareness in our target markets.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in managing conference deadlines and priorities
- Researching new and existing industry conference websites and updating planning documents with new information
- Scrubbing and maintaining marketing email lists
- Sending email campaigns to different marketing lists
- Updating email content calendar with tracking analytics
- Researching possible email marketing options through various outreach efforts
- Supporting the development of marketing materials, messages and other content
- Supporting the development of blog and social media posts
- Working in spreadsheets for a range of needs, including advanced formulas
- Gathering information on possible marketing partnerships through outreach and meeting with potential partners
- Regular virtual meetings across teams to report outlined updates
- Other support for the sales and marketing teams as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Excellent skills in spreadsheets and data analytics
- 5 years or more experience in B2B marketing
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Highly detail-oriented
- Aptitude for learning new programs and tools quickly and efficiently
- Exceptional and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience successfully working remote
- Demonstrated knowledge of business, sales and marketing
- Adaptability and strong problem solving skills
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
- Canva experience preferred
