Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in email marketing, SEO, website migration, lead generation, and social media management. The Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in the execution of digital marketing strategies, lead generation and supporting the growth of our online presence.

As a key member of our team, you will help manage and optimize our email marketing campaigns, implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings, assist with website migration projects, and drive social media engagement. Additionally, you will have hands-on experience with Meta Ads to increase brand visibility and online reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing: Design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions. Build lead-generation strategies using segmented email lists.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads through various digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media ads, and website landing pages.
  • SEO Knowledge: Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and lead capture opportunities. Monitor SEO performance and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Website Migration: Assist with the website migration, ensuring that SEO best practices are followed and minimal disruption to the user experience occurs.
  • HTML: Utilize HTML and CSS to support the creation of email templates, landing pages, and web content that effectively drive lead conversions.
  • Social Media Management & Ads: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, focusing on lead generation through content creation, paid Meta Ads campaigns, and engagement strategies.
  • Graphic Design: Create visually engaging digital content, including banners, social media graphics, and email templates, using design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar to support lead generation campaigns.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing and lead generation efforts using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Suite, and social media insights to optimize strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, SEO, lead generation, and social media management.
  • Proficiency in HTML and familiarity with CSS to make basic edits to email templates and website content.
  • Experience with lead generation tools and strategies, including email campaigns, landing page optimization, and paid social media ads.
  • Solid understanding of SEO tools (such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz) and a proven ability to drive organic traffic and lead growth.
  • Experience running Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and other paid campaigns to generate leads and drive traffic.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Salesforce Pardot preferred) and automation tools.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) to analyze web traffic and marketing performance.
  • Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or other design tools to create digital marketing assets.
  • Experience with website migrations and understanding of web technologies.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
