B.A. in Marketing, Business, or related technical field; Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification required within 6 months of hire; 2+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably with Marketing Cloud; strong knowledge of email, SMS/MMS regulations, and excellent communication skills.

- Responsible for creating and managing end-to-end email and SMS process for targeted marketing campaigns
- B.A. in Marketing, Business or related technical field
Licenses and Certification
- Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification secured within 6 months of hire required.
Experience and Skills
- Experience with email and SMS campaign planning and execution, including HTML modification and audience segmentation.
- Experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot etc.
- Experience in performance marketing/lead generation industry
- Knowledge of email, push notifications and SMS/MMS including channel regulations; thorough knowledge of CAN SPAM Act.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a passion for crafting compelling content.
- 2+years of experience in email marketing, with a focus on Marketing Cloud preferred.
- Email and SMS Campaign Strategy, Execution and Optimization
- Understand SIH organizational objectives and ensure that all email and SMS efforts are aligned to meet those objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and operational stakeholders, both technical and non-technical audiences, communicating in a timely fashion.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design, build and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns—with specific attention to automated communication flows and actionable trigger points to drive patient conversions.
- Monitor and optimize Email and SMS campaign performance, ensuring deliverability and optimal engagement rates.
- Track conversion rates and related revenue from campaigns.
- In concert with SIH ITS, oversee synchronization between Marketing Cloud and other systems, (e.g. EHR, CRM, analytics, etc.)
- Pull, clean, update and optimize database contact records/lists in CRMs and in other systems.
- Ensure data quality, cleanliness, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
- Develop and maintain native reports and functions to track KPI related to outbound campaigns.
- Analyze campaign results, develop benchmarks, and create and share regular performance reports.
- Analyze IP reputation and sender domain scores.
Compensation (Commensurate with experience):
