National Heritage Academies is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to manage automated marketing programs in Marketo, focusing on campaign execution and optimization.
SUMMARY:
National Heritage Academies is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns in Marketo and, potentially, Microsoft Dynamics. This role focuses on building, executing, and optimizing automated marketing programs, including emails, nurturing campaigns, and landing pages. While content and design creation are handled by other teams, you’ll collaborate closely with them to align on campaign strategy.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute marketing automation programs, from initial setup to deployment and reporting, ensuring accurate audience segmentation and message delivery.
- Create and maintain segmentation strategies and use Velocity scripts for dynamic content personalization.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure campaigns support broader marketing goals. Devise and execute A/B tests, record results, and advise on improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in Marketo, with experience in segmentation and Velocity scripting; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Knowledge of using Knak to build emails is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and optimizing campaign performance.
- Exceptional attention to detail in campaign setup, testing, and execution. Bachelor's Degree in marketing preferred.
