We are hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist. This position will work a hybrid schedule requiring the candidate to work in the office as needed as well as from home.
Job Purpose:
Administrator of the marketing automation platform and marketing attribution system.
Job Summary:
Responsible for the execution and assist with the management of marketing automation system, Marketo, and marketing attribution system, Marketo Measure. Assist with the management of online marketing programs related to email marketing and digital campaigns.
Duties: (Additional Duties May Be Added as Needed)
- Administrator of the marketing automation system, Marketo. To assist Owned Media Channels Manager and work closely with other Senior Marketing Managers to maintain system configuration, launch campaigns, send emails, monitor and execute program activities, as well as troubleshoot.
- Administrator of marketing attribution system, Marketo Measure, to maintain system configuration, its integration with other systems, and execute marketing analytics reporting as needed.
- Help devise the department’s email strategy to improve marketing campaign ROI.
- Build email programs by setting up program assets in Marketo (email templates, landing pages, forms, lists, and campaigns).
- Lead quality assurance process for email marketing campaigns (QA checklist, proofreading and testing).
- Maintain brand and email design standards to ensure Marketo adoption through team training, SOPs and processes.
- Coordinate master email calendar, scheduling and approving emails, recommending the cadence, controlling communication limits to ensure correct and appropriate distribution of emails, verifying successful sends and tracking lead delivery.
- Maintain lead management (creation of leads, list loads, sync, scores, alerts, triggers) and cleanliness of data including email deliverability, subscription management, GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance, and de-duplication process.
- Report performance metrics in routine meetings to present insights and recommendations for optimization (A/B testing, landing pages, etc.).
- Assist with the development of lead scoring methodologies to track demographic and behavioral data to help sales prioritize activities, enhance audience segmentation strategies, and more efficiently use dynamic content.
- Administrator the Marketo platform to manage roles and permissions for all Marketo users. Develop training and onboarding programs for the department to ensure scalability, efficiency, best practices, and innovative approaches.
- Together with other Marketing Managers, develop onboarding campaigns, triggers and nurture flows for new product launches.
- Proactively review, analyze, report, and communicate performance metrics for all nurture campaigns.
- Act as liaison with other departments Salesforce.com (field mapping), Business Intelligence (reporting), Product (connection to product and webstore), IT and other teams as required.
- Consult with Google Analytics data to deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders that will increase the success of marketing outcomes.

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business (preferred)
- Marketo Certified (preferred)
- 2-4 years of experience as an administrator of Marketo or other email marketing automation system (Pardot, HubSpot, Eloqua, etc.)
- Experience with developing and maintaining Marketo integration with CRM (Salesforce.com preferred), and other marketing technology.
- Thorough understanding of email marketing best practices, marketing metrics, and marketing analytics.
- Experience analyzing data and summarizing takeaways.
- Understanding of lead nurturing, sales funnel, and strategies to optimize lead conversions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. As well as Google Analytics.
- Experience making basic edits in HTML.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
