The Marketing Campaign Lead is a global role focused on designing measurable programs linked to business objectives and driving campaign outcomes. Serving as the campaign owner for the Cold Chain team, you will lead, develop and execute campaigns varied in size and scope such as business initiatives, sustainability product solutions and new product launches.

Strategy
- Work closely with Business Partner team to identify, prioritize and align on annual business objectives and marketing programs
- Design, build and deploy data-driven integrated campaign strategies and plans that engage, inform and activate existing customers or prospects to act
- Online and offline marketing strategies may include a broad range of touchpoints: display and other paid advertising, web, social media, SEM, email, nurture, direct, public relations, sponsorship/promotion, etc.
- As the campaign owner, oversee campaign development and execution and ensure delivery is on time and within budget
- Manage campaign allocation budget for all relevant tactics; hold capabilities teams accountable for ownership of key elements and own ongoing budget management
- Seek new and improved digital tools and capabilities that will support the organization to achieve its business objectives
- Contribute to global campaign calendar and successful adoption of marketing operating systems that are critical for planning, management and deployment
Campaign Execution
- Brief, oversee, and assign the work of the internal capabilities teams and agency partners who will deliver tactical elements of the campaigns and any associated activities.
- Work closely with the social team to develop social media campaign plans that create brand awareness and drive top-of-funnel site traffic
- Support marketing automation team to build journeys, email communication campaigns, and other platform set-up requirements for technology integrations
- Guide the content team in the building of creative assets, creating a content map for the persona buyer’s journey, email development, landing page content, digital ads and campaign assets, etc.
- Work with the CRM team to establish funnel segments and lead management processes (MQL, SQL, SQO, etc.)
- Work with the Tradeshow team to align on ideal industry or company-hosted events to create in-person and virtual event engagement opportunities for relevant campaigns and programs
- Collaborate with communications teams for PR and sponsorship opportunities
- Work with advertising capabilities team or agency teams to build a paid strategy for data-driven demand generation activities such as channel and industry advertising, retargeting, and programmatic advertising
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to ensure campaigns align with persona requirements, journey maps, and digital touchpoints
- Work closely with the Customer Experience team and Marketing Automation team to strategize and develop trigger-based nurturing programs that target all stages of a prospect's journey to closed opportunity
- Develop A/B test plans; focus testing on the most relevant components that will impact outcomes, inform the optimization process, and drive returns
- Support CDM team initiatives to monitor and maintain data quality within CRM and MA systems including data hygiene, deduplication, and data normalization
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Align with Sales teams on ongoing campaign activities, develop and document SLAs in collaboration, establish a feedback loop, and set expectations for lead management and handoff into the CRM system
- Work closely with Campaign Performance Lead daily, weekly, and monthly to assess and report on campaign effectiveness by product, medium, source, offer type, and target audience; adjust and optimize campaigns in-flight based on performance
- Lead and report campaign performance, analytics, and results to business partners, capabilities team,s and executive management to show KPI results, make optimization recommendation,s and demonstrate return on investment
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
- 5+ years experience in B2B Marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Marketing/Advertising related
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketing Cloud, Eloqua)
- Detail-oriented in project management, stakeholder communications and project execution
- Ability to communicate with multiple parties effectively to facilitate campaign-related decisions and drive projects through execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Legal work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:
- Experience in campaign performance measurement practices, tactics, and tools
- Demonstrated project management experience or certification(s)
Flexible Work Schedule:
This role has the flexibility of a remote work option up to three days a week and a core hour schedule. You can choose to flex your start and stop times given you are working during the core hours of 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Our teams work together to ensure our chosen work schedules enable our creativity and productivity as we serve the needs of our customers.
