QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, excellent communication and analytical skills, and experience with marketing analytics and platforms.

The Marketing Manager will drive the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns for Heritage Hotels & Resorts, working closely with the Corporate Director of Branding & Marketing to enhance brand visibility and performance across various channels.

Full-time Salary Position starting at $55k-$65K DOE plus benefits.Located in Albuquerque, NM. Working out of our Corporate Office in downtown Albuquerque, NM.
Position Purpose: The Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving the development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to promote the Heritage Hotels & Resorts brand and its sister entities. This individual will work closely with the Corporate Director of Branding & Marketing to strategize, implement, and measure the effectiveness of multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in campaign management, channel distribution, and performance optimization, particularly in the hospitality or travel industries.

Essential Duties and Functions/Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Lead the end-to-end development and management of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, email, social media, print, and more) to promote the Heritage Hotels & Resorts brand, its individual properties and sister entities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, branding and public relations, to develop integrated campaigns that align with business goals and brand identity.
- Plan and execute channel distribution strategies across both paid and organic channels, including programmatic and paid search, social media platforms, email marketing, and affiliate partnerships.
- Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights and performance metrics to improve ROI, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
- Develop content and messaging strategies tailored to different customer segments, ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying key trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize the impact of marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.
- Coordinate with external agencies, partners, and vendors to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Manage the creation and distribution of seasonal promotions, offers, and new product launches across all marketing channels.
- Conduct A/B testing, refine targeting strategies, and implement best practices to continuously optimize campaign performance.

- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing campaign management, development, and optimization, ideally in the hospitality or travel industries.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Expertise in using analytics and marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, and others to track and optimize campaign performance.
- Experience in managing budgets and allocating resources effectively to maximize campaign results.
- Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills to work across teams and departments.
- Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on with campaign execution and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to improve campaign performance.
- Creative problem-solver with a passion for innovation in marketing.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the hospitality or travel industries, with an understanding of customer behavior and market trends in this sector.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid media strategies.
