About the Role:

Greyson is seeking a highly organized Campaign manager with a passion for storytelling to join our growing

marketing team. As the Campaigns Manager, you’ll assist strategic planning and own the multi-channel

marketing calendar by managing campaigns across different channels; working cross-functionally with

internal teams, freelancers, and third-party vendors; and proposing innovative ways to elevate our brand

and propel growth. Success in this role requires a willingness to tackle all challenges with a positive “can

do” attitude, as well as a dedication to continuous improvement.

You will lead the campaign conception and planning, including coordinating alignment on messaging and

content, campaigns, distribution, objectives, and key results. You will work with internal marketing leaders

and other Greyson function leaders to define and prioritize campaigns to impact our revenue goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and briefing process for key seasonal brand, and product marketing stories

focusing on the Greyson Men’s Line, inclusive of special projects and collaborations.

  • Create and manage documentation and tools that enable a shared understanding of key seasonal

creative brand and product marketing stories for direct team and key channel collaborators

  • Refine and scale critical processes, specifically for go-to-market and always-on marketing

campaigns

  • Create and manage documentation and tools that enable a shared understanding of key seasonal

creative brand and product marketing stories for direct team and key channel collaborators.

  • Lead go-to-market briefs to keep leadership informed on current marketing campaign creative.
  • Collaborate closely with the e-commerce and retail team to ensure that brand and product

stories align with the marketing channel strategies

  • Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets to the e-commerce team
  • Work with our digital marketing team to monitor, analyze and optimize channel activity and

customer acquisition metrics through monthly and ad-hoc reports

  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technology advancements to continuously

improve campaign strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a campaign management role or similar
  • Strong concept development and writing skills
  • Excellent project management skills, including experience with content management systems and

digital campaign integrations

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
