Position Overview:
Yahara Software is seeking a Marketing Campaign Specialist with a focus on demand generation and top-of-funnel campaign execution. This role will play a critical part in driving awareness and attracting high-quality leads (MQLs) through strategic, data-driven campaigns. As part of the Commercial Team, this role will work closely with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing to align strategies that fuel revenue growth and meet Yahara’s business objectives.
The ideal candidate has experience executing demand generation strategies, optimizing campaigns across channels, and using marketing automation tools like HubSpot to measure, analyze, and improve performance. Success in this role will require exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and analytical skills to drive measurable results.
What You'll Do:
- Plan, develop, and execute integrated top-of-funnel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
- Leverage HubSpot to create workflows, segment audiences, and nurture leads through email, landing pages, and gated content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce campaign assets, including paid ads, social content, whitepapers, videos, events, and webinars.
- Analyze campaign data to evaluate performance and provide actionable insights that optimize ROI and inform future initiatives.
- Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns using various platforms, ensuring efficient spend and high performance.
- Drive traffic through SEO-optimized content and support website updates to align with campaign goals.
- Build and test A/B variations of email, ad, and landing page content to improve conversion rates.
- Help develop educational, top-of-funnel content tailored to Yahara’s target audience, ensuring messaging simplifies complex challenges in biohealth and technology industries.
- Plan and execute events and webinars as key components of demand generation strategies, including pre-event promotions and post-event lead nurturing.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools to streamline marketing processes, enhance campaign performance, and improve reporting workflows.
- Evaluate and implement improvements to marketing systems and processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Coordinate closely with Sales and Business Development teams to ensure leads are nurtured effectively and campaign feedback is integrated.
- Create and manage reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead volume, conversion rates, and cost-per-lead.
- Partner with the Marketing Manager and Chief Commercial Officer to align campaign strategies with overarching business objectives.
- Assist with trade shows and events by creating pre-event campaigns to drive attendance and post-event follow-ups to nurture leads.
Who You Are:
- Demand Generation Expert: Strong experience in creating and executing demand generation campaigns that drive leads and fuel pipeline growth.
- HubSpot Proficient: Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools) to manage campaigns, analyze performance, and nurture leads.
- Data-Driven Marketer: Ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to continually improve results.
- Content-Savvy: Skilled at creating or managing the creation of compelling, educational campaign assets that simplify complex ideas for targeted audiences.
- Event Strategist: Experience planning, promoting, and executing events, webinars, and trade shows as key marketing tactics.
- AI-Driven Innovator: Comfortable using AI tools to improve marketing systems, streamline processes, and enhance reporting.
- Digital Strategist: Solid understanding of paid media (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and SEO best practices to improve reach and visibility.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Collaborative Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills for working cross-functionally with teams and external partners.
- Results-Focused: A proactive mindset with the ability to meet deadlines, measure impact, and deliver against campaign goals.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. May be substituted with Associate’s degree with 2+ years of additional, related experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in a demand generation or marketing campaigns role.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Experience running and optimizing paid ad campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot Reports, or similar platforms.
- Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within technology, software, or SaaS industries.
- Proven ability to simplify and communicate complex scientific or technical information in a way that resonates with targeted audiences.
- Experience in planning and executing events and webinars as part of integrated marketing strategies.
- Experience using AI tools to improve campaign performance and streamline marketing processes.
