Marketing & Comm Internship

THE PROGRAM

Armada Hoffler’s 8-week Summer Internship Program runs from June 2, 2025 through July 25, 2025, and is designed to develop, teach, and mentor undergraduate and graduate students as they explore career opportunities within the Commercial Real Estate and Construction industries. Students will be given the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to hands-on project focused tasks in various departments throughout the organization.

• Marketing and Communications :
• The Marketing and Communications Department is a dynamic and strategic hub dedicated to enhancing the visibility, reputation, and communication effectiveness of our portfolio and company. The team focuses on building strong relationships with investors, stakeholders, the broader market, and communities we operate in while collaborating and working cross-functionally with internal teams. Key responsibilities of the team are brand management, digital marketing, content creation, public relations, strategic communications, event management, and investor relations.

ELIGIBILITY

• Current student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited university (having completed freshman year).

• Recommended majors include, but are not limited to, Real Estate, Marketing, Accounting/Finance, Construction Management, Engineering.

• Must be able to work full-time from June 2, 2022 – July 25, 2025.

• Selected applicants must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check to include academic record and verification of education, criminal history, and any other records or information related to the candidate’s suitability for the position.
